About the Owner

Our primary residence is in south Philadelphia, where we have lived for over 20 years. We purchased this home after vacationing in the area for many years. This place is very special to us... it is our home away from home, and a place where we go to find peace and quiet. We have so many wonderful memories attached to this house and this area, we are convinced you will too!

Cozy, private primary bedroom with queen bed is situated at the end of the hall. Elegantly decorated and plenty of clothing storage including a stand up dresser, storage console, roll out under bed drawers, and a closet with and shelving. Smart TV available in bedroom. Bedside tables are tech enabled with outlets and USB ports. Complimentary bedside chargers included. The charming first guest bedroom is perfect for one or two guests, including a queen sized bed, dresser and closet with ample space. Under-bed roll out drawers are also available for extra storage. A wall-mounted Smart TV is available for you to access all streaming services. The second guest bedroom is space efficient with 4 twin beds included, suitable for up to both 4 adults or 4 children. The beds are situated as bunkbeds, day bed, and one trundle bed. The top bunk is accessible via stairs with drawers under each step. There is also a closet with ample storage and extra bedding available for the trundle bed.
